What

Writing in the Messenger (#26): type a message on a Channel, encrypt it with the Channel's key, send it, and show whether the mesh took it.

What's known

Encryption is the reverse of M4's decoding (#24): the same AES-CTR, the same nonce from our packet ID and node number.
Meshtastic treats hearing your own packet relayed by a neighbour as an implicit acknowledgement; without one it retries a few times.
Text is UTF-8; the Compose Key already types accents, and a Meshtastic text packet holds about 200 bytes.
The Duty Cycle Budget may make a message wait (#32); the Messenger must show "waiting", "sent", "heard relayed" or "no one heard it".

Questions

Retries: how many, how far apart?
A long message: refused past the limit, or split?
Is a message that's still waiting kept across a restart?
