What

Send this Node's position, from the GNSS Service, to a Channel, at the precision and the pace the user chose.

What's known

The position has never left the device (M2, Q65), and that stays the default until the user turns sharing on.
The precision is decided in M4's round (#23): Meshtastic rounds a position to a number of bits per Channel, and the Nodes near here blur theirs by 0.7 to 3 km.
The default Channel's key is public: a position sent there is readable by anyone in range.
Meshtastic sends positions periodically and when the Node has moved ("smart position"); each one spends the Duty Cycle Budget (#32).
No Fix, no position: nothing is sent, and a stale one isn't repeated.

Off by default, and switched on per Channel?
How often, and after how much movement?
Does a Track being recorded change anything?
What the Status Bar shows while the position is being shared.
