ESP Web Tools 10.4.0 (https://github.com/esphome/esp-web-tools), Apache-2.0 (see LICENSE),
vendored so the Install page makes no request to a CDN.

Only the files an ESP32-S3 needs (the Cardputer ADV): install-button.js, its chunks, and the S3
flasher stub. The other chip families' chunks are loaded only if such a chip is detected, which this
page's manifest never asks for.

Updating: `npm pack esp-web-tools`, then copy the same set from package/dist/web/ (the chunk file
names carry a hash and change with the version) and update the references in this README.
