Getting at what's on the SD card: a file manager, Notes, and the card as a USB drive. Files and Notes were M3's original second half (Q30, Q89).
The parts of the Cardputer nothing uses yet: the audio codec, the IR LED, the motion sensor.
The device takes part in a Meshtastic mesh, receive only: the Mesh Service on top of the Radio Service, the Messenger (reading) and the Node List. Needs a reference Meshtastic node: M3's listening hour heard none (docs/milestones/M3.md, Q104).
The device transmits: sending on Channels, Direct Messages, Relaying, the Duty Cycle Budget, and sharing its position. After M4. The first time anything goes on air.
Remote administration from the pocket: an SSH client and a WireGuard tunnel.
Two architecture changes, each needing an ADR before code: Lua Apps from the SD card, and AtomS3 co-processors.
The project usable by someone else: releases built and signed by CI, installed from Gitea without a computer, an Issues App, and a website.
The device works on any network, the card can be trusted, and you can see what the system is doing. A side milestone, like G1.
The Launcher as a grid of tiles, colour themes, and screen recording for the blog and the docs.
The project site at roro9stack.net: home, install with a browser flasher, user guide, how-tos, FAQ and developer docs (issue #12).
