Phase 2 of the site (docs/milestones/W1.md, Q179): a user guide, one page per App. Touches only site/ and docs/, so only the Site job should run.

/guide/: the basics (keys, Launcher, Status Bar, first start, the SD card), LoRa Scanner, GNSS, Gemini, IRC, Wi-Fi tools, Notes, Storage, System, Settings (with Wi-Fi) and Updates. 11 pages, ordered by weight, real screenshots where they exist.
Facts are from the README, the milestone documents and the Apps' source, and several first drafts were corrected against the source (Track folder and refusals, the Status Bar's real contents, the Wi-Fi tools' views).
A Guide link in the navigation, and the home page points to it. New templates guide-index.html, guide-page.html.
The mesh messenger is stated as planned; no Wi-Fi capture content.

Checked: Zola build and zola check clean, check_site.py 16 pages / 0 problems, screenshots of the index, a long page and the basics at 1100 and 390 px with no horizontal scroll.

Not checked: the prose against a running device (written from source and docs, not re-tested key by key), and the live site after the web server pulls.
