twislaandClaude Opus 5.5 e2326e113b Launcher: a grid of icons, with badges; the list stays as a Setting
The Launcher shows the Apps as a 4 x 3 grid of 32 x 32 icons, the
selected one's name under it (issue #9). The icons are the website's
own, doubled, and two drawn the same way for SSH and the Shell; they
are PNGs in assets/icons, turned into arrays by scripts/make_icons.py,
which CI checks. The selected tile is the website's: dark blue on cyan,
with notched corners.

- GridModel (lib/ui, host-tested) holds the selection and the scrolling.
- App::badge(): a dot on the tile for unread IRC messages, a Track
recording, a Capture running, an SSH session open.
- Settings > Launcher: Grid or List.

twislaandClaude Opus 5.5 7fe8b3d22a Help: Fn+h lists the keys of the screen you're on, and no screen names its keys any more (#69)
Site / build (pull_request) Successful in 14s
CI / build (pull_request) Successful in 7m22s
Fn+h on any screen, text fields included, and ? outside Text Entry, open a
panel over the content area: the screen's own keys, then the ones that work
everywhere. Every App declares its keys for the state it is in (pages,
viewers, dialogs and text fields answer for themselves); the App manager
opens the panel and takes every key while it is open.

About 30 hint lines are gone, from every App. What stays on a screen is
state. The first-start Setup keeps its hints and teaches the key; a device
set up before gets one Toast, once. The guide and the FAQ open with it.
`key help` over the consoles.

476 host tests (8 new). Checked on the device with key help and screenshots:
the Launcher, all nine Apps and several of their states. 8.5 KB of flash and
40 bytes of static RAM. Decisions Q196 to Q203 in docs/milestones/U1.md.

twislaandClaude Opus 5.5 5ac6afa557 IRC App: Alt scrolls, Up/Down recall sent lines; /j for /join
- Alt + ; / Alt + . scroll the Buffer back and forward
- Up / Down (Fn + ; / Fn + .) browse the last 30 sent lines, shell-style,
returning to the draft past the newest (InputHistory, host-tested)
- /j is short for /join

twislaandClaude Opus 5.5 dd16352509 IRC: edit server settings as a draft, applied under the service lock
The IRC App edited the live config while the IRC task could be reading
it to connect. The App now edits a copy; applyConfig() validates it and
swaps it in under the lock, and the task connects from a snapshot.

twislaandClaude Opus 5.5 076baa77d1 M1 step 5: IRC App
- Chat: header (Buffer n/N, unread elsewhere, topic or connection
state), wrapped hh:mm <nick> lines (own in accent, Mentions green,
info grey), input line; Tab cycles Buffers, Fn+Up/Down scrolls back,
Enter sends, Back leaves while the IRC Service keeps running
- /settings: server form (host, port, TLS, self-signed pinning, nick,
SASL, NickServ, auto-join); Save & reconnect restarts the session
- Opening the App starts the IRC Service; viewing a Buffer clears its
unread count; IrcSession gains a revision counter for redraws
